New Clients:

 

All new clients are required to make a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of their housecall/travel fee at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.  This fee will be deducted from their final invoice.  All medical records need to be sent to us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment as well.  Your previous veterinarian can fax the information to us at 804-621-2237.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your housecall appointment.  If we are not notified of your need to reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the housecall/travel fee to your area.  Exceptions will be made for cancellations secondary to illness or family emergencies.
